Default '95 Cobra Rebuild - Where to begin??

Just bought a near mint condition 1995 Cobra completely stock engine with BBK short headers, BBK o/r x-pipe, and 2 chamber flowmasters. Eventually i want to add a Vortech s-trim blower, but thatll come last. What mods should I consider or do i need to prepare for that blower. Basically, I want to know the simple mods that should be done first, up to the major/optional stuff. Im fairly new to stangs and altough i have read extensivley, there are just so many options its mind blowing. keep in mind, im not building a drag car, but more of a street car with a highly respectable amount of power. so if you guys could give me some tips on which heads i may want to look into, cams, springs, pistons, intakes, pulleys, ignition systems etc.. etc... thatd be great
