![]() I want to get one big thing, and then that will probably be it for a while (7-12 months). Right now I am leaning towards the 5-speed conversion with a second being the A-trim, and the heads a distant 3rd.
All votes/comments welcome and appreciated ![]() Thanks, DoranW

![]() They all sound appetizing. But you don't wanna put too much power through a stock AOD. So i'd either opt for a lentech AOD or a tremec conversion. The T-5 will hold up to alot more than a stock AOD will, but it isn't bulletproof by any means at all.

![]() I say get some heads.
You already have the intake, exhaust, and cam that could work with SOME heads. You could add some ARP fasteners and get some good head gaskets to make it a good solid engine.

![]() The a-trim likes stock motors also! I have always been worried about ripping apart my engine with a turbo. The supercharger acts in a vacuum most of the time, and also vortech is known for their lack of additional stress put on an engine.
The price is right as well. Also, I know I can handle the install of the supercharger, but the turbo install/tuning causes me to be a bit more more weary. Also, I know a lot of people like N/A around here, but there is something about forced induction that is just kind of bad... well you know. I have some time to think about it, but they are all so damn appealing. Thanks, DoranW

![]() Well, I've been thinking about the same kinda things for future mods to my car as well. And in my decisions about money, and mods, about being naturally asp, s/c, yada yada yada, I am going to go the route of all motor. I'm thinking of actually buying a stock motor...maye I can find one in a junkyard around here...and having it get built up. I always figure...the A-trims aren't as expensive as the S-trims. And if the built up motor hasn't got enough for ya...ya could get some big increase with the A-Trim. just my .02

![]() I know...but what are ya gonna do?
![]() T5 conversion is on the way. I got it from someone I know...just the stock T5, so nothing too special. What else do I need and how much should I plan to spend on each part? Thanks, DoranW
