Default 4.6l engine blocks

Is there a differance between the 4.6L block in a 94 thunderbird and a 99 gt ? I know the heads are differant but just curious about the block itself.

Most likely there are some differences. They could include: position and number of mounting holes for the timing cover, method of securing the main caps, and amount and position of webbing on the block. The following articles may be of use to you:
