It might need new weatherstripping, and make sure that the drains are clear, you might have to flush them out somehow.

Take a coat-hanger and run it down the four drains - usually that's what causes leaks. If that doesn't work - you may have to change both the seals.

the seal on the glass itself looks as though it could be due for replacment does anyone know of a good place to get that or is that a dealer only part i tried mustang parts late model resto but i did not see it listed also thanks for the posts ill definatly try the coathanger

Where are the drain holes that need cleaned with a coathanger located? Mine doesnt leak, but I would like to check the drains anyway. My seal is cracking also. Try texas mustang parts.

I bought my weatherstripping from stangparts.com. It cost about $115 bucks but that is about normal. It fit perfectly and stopped my leak problems. Make sure to use some kind of adhesive to make the seal even better. I bought the one that actually goes on the glass, it was in bad shape.

cool

The seal is easy to swap. My old one was so worn it came right off. I just used a weatherstrip adhesive from an auto parts store.
The new seal just pushes into place and I ran a bead of glue along the weatherstripping before I pushed it into place. I also repainted the sunroof frame at the same time. I figured kill to birds with one stone. Hope this helps.
