Question Superchargers

I was talking with the mustang shop in my area and they told me a few things I was wanting to have verified... He told me I would only be able to pull about 450 hp from a stock block with all the upgrades. And he said the engine can't handle a blower more then 10psi stock. Are these my limits? Or is there a chance I can install a 15psi or more super charger?
