I dont think i agree with that statement. The KB is able to belt out 600 hp. Most people will find that to be just enough. I think it depends on how much street driving he would be doing. I think he would like the KB over a vortech in that respect. On the other hand, I plan on buying a Turbo Technology setup for the street so i may not know what the hell i am talking about
