I had this problem initially. It was cured by adjusting the TPS sensor to between 0.995-0.999 volts.

I had to back the throttle plate idle screw completely off and re-set the initial air, re-re-set my TPS and borrow a friends MAF while Pro-M re-calibrated the meter I specifically ordered for the PIH kit.

Do you have a cold air kit? Did you mention it when you ordered the meter? Pro-M claims they have to calibrate specially for cold air tubes. Then again, I ordered a meter for the stock air box and they still couldn't get that right.

Have you checked the car for codes? I've been getting a bad Vehicle Speed Sensor code and my mech says that might be my idle problem. I wound up backing my timing back to 10 deg (had been running 17) untill I can get better weather so I can tune it.
