Swapping stang 302 into truck
A friend of mine has an 87 (I think) truck with a 351W that's all tired out. He also has a good running 302 in a wrecked 86 stang. I know the 302 will bolt right in and all that stuff, what we need to know is if we can leave the 302 exactly as it comes out of the stang and just put the mustang computer in the truck? BTW they are both auto's and both speed density. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't see why not. Grab everything from the Mustang (engine/ECM/sensors/solenoids/wiring) just in case.
Take care, ~Chris
