Default swapping yolk out, how to..???

I'm swapping out my tranny for a TKO. I've got the codder pins out of the driveshaft, but can't get the yolk off to switch on the new one. Last time I did it all I did was knock out the middle shaft, but don't remember exactly how I did it. Can somebody help me out here???
