Post TB Gasket??

When I was tearing my TB apart it didn't have any kind of gasket between the Intake.

Is that right?

I would thing there'd be a gasket between the TB and upper intake.

Question

Can anyone just have a quick look under their hood?

I'm pretty sure there should be a gasket there, but I guess you never know...

I just replaced the throttle body gaskets on mine (5.0 from 91 Stang). There are gaskets on both sides of the EGR spacer.

Thanks CougrrrFiveO,

I thought that it looked funny.

Anyone know what kind of gasket material it is made from? I would rather just make a gasket if possible.

No problem! Mine were blue/gray cardboard/fibery material, kinda thick too. I got mine right from the Ford dealer, I believe it cost less than $10.

I have an extra one, but I don't know if it's worth the wait for you if you wanted it mailed.
