Temp Sensor on a Explorer lower intake?

I used a Explorer lower and Upper intake on my 5.0. There is two temp sensors, One is in the heater core feed pipe. And the other is in the lower manifold. But no place for the temp sender. Do I need both sensors? Or do I drill and tap a new hole if so where? Thank You for the help!

You can drill/tap the #5 runner for the sensor (which you SHOULD keep) or you can solder wire extensions to the wires and move it to the air tube in front of the throttle body. 9/16" drill and 3/8" NPT tap for the sensor.

A guy I work with told me that in some turbo kits they splice the lower radiator hose, Put in a coupling and drill and tap it to recieve the temp sender. Have you heard of this.
