TFS Guide Plate Alignment??? Thanks!

I purchased a set of TFS Aluminum heads when the first came out years ago. Never the less, I am just now building my car. It seems to be a pain in the butt to tighten the rocker studs down and make sure the tip of the rocker arm is directly over the valve steam. If it is over a little bit, will it hurt anything? Do any of you know any tricks to tighten the studs down and also keeping the guide plate in the correct position so the push rods won't bind and the rocker arm be straint over the valve tip? Thanks so much!
