Default TFS street or track manifold

Which one do you think I should go the street or the track I have talk to some guys and they said the street was a waste of money and to go with the track but I wanted to get more peoples thoughts on the subject before I get it (in the future not for a month or so)

If you have the stock heads, either one of them are a waste of money. If your getting heads, Street heat idle-5500rpm, track heat 1500-6500, your choice.
