Angry Thats The Brakes

After ripping out my stock rear end assembly and replacing it with a new one, with 3.73 gears, I noticed a popping sound comming from the back of my car. I first thought it was my shocks, them I thought it was my upper and lower control arms. Then I finally realized that my brakes were hangging up and releasing when I would either go over a bump or when I would accel from a stop. What would be your advice on this problem? (THANKS IN ADVANCE)
