Post These f@#%^ 02 sensors!!

Alright, they are not on my mustang, but on a friends 97 f-150 v6 he has a rebuit motor, but says it lacks in power, and the check engine light is on? i told him to get some 02's, so he brought them to me, but the problem is, i couldnt get them out, i ran out of wd-40 maybe i will get some tomorrow, any advice you can give me? sorry, but my mustangs were easy to get out.?
feels like they are gonna strip if i pull any harder...
