Default Thinking about changing my Combo..

I have had my current combo for almost 2 years now and since somebody decided to wreck my car I am thinking about making some changes. The one thing I NEED to keep the same is its emissions legal. I'm thinking about a fresh 306 with twisted wedge heads, either a holley or the new professional products(cheap edelbrock RPM) intake, 70mm TB/Spacer...I dont know which cam would be the best for this setup and still pass emissions. Any suggestions on cam and shortblock options

BTW my current combo made 270RWHP 303 RWTQ. I would like to make closer to 300RWHP.
