Angry tie rod help

Iv got a 86 GT and I upgraded the front brakes and I need to adjust my toe.I had to change the spindles to exept the bigger calipers and rotors.IV tried everything that I can think of to get the outer tie rod to move but it wont budge.Anybody outthere got any Ideas?

logan.... arent the tie rods just fastened with bolts on either side of the adjusting oh screw it i'll go out and look............

ok. i have an 89 so it might be different. it looks to me like you have to loosen the nut on the tie rod part with the threads. then pull the tie rod end off the spindle and spin it to move it in or out? does this sound right?

I did loosen the jam nut on the end of the tierod and remove the tierod from the spindle.I put a pair of visegrips on the inner tie rod to hold it while I try to turn the outter tierod.I cant get the outter tierod to move.maby there is a tool I need Im not sure.I dont think that It should be so hard to turn it.I think its froze up.
