Angry Timing chain cover problem.

I was going to put the timing chain cover back on when I noticed that the sleeve that went into the bottom left bolt hole is missing. Is this sleeve necessary? If it is where can I get a new one?

I've done the timing chain cover many a times, and cannot for the life of me recall a sleeve for any bolts., it would most likely be an alignment sleeve if anything, just be sure it didn't fall into the oil pan, that would be extremely bad news.
