Go ahead and use normal timing for your Ignition. The cam is setting valve timing which affects the general shape of the power band.
An advanced cam will lower the torque peak somewhat at the expense of top end power. A retarded cam will raise the power peak somewhat at the expense of low end torque.
These are not huge gains or losses but merely a movement in RPM of where the peaks will occur.
A for how your cam will effect timing....
The lower RPM torque peak will allow a little more timing on the bottom end. Experiment with the timing once the motor is broke in to see how much you can add.
