Default Torque strap. Yes or no

A guy was over at my house checking out my LX since I got it finished. He was looking it over and suggested that I get a torque strap for the engine.

A torque strap is a strap that goes from the drivers side of the engine to the frame and makes it where the engine cant move when you revv it.

He claims a torque strap can improve your 60ft time and knock a tenth or so off of your time and it helps save your motor mounts.

Hell I just never even thought of a torque strap before. Anyone on here use one?
