The best way to try to fix this problem is to check the TPS voltage with the car off key on. With the butterfly closed the voltage should be at .99 volts. At wide open throttle the voltage should be no higher than 4.5 volts. Also make sure the cable is not kinked anywhere. How long have you had the new throttle body on? It can get sticky from the oil coming in through the valve cover breather from the fill cap. You may also want to get the air idle bypass plate that allows you to correct your idle without messing with the idle stop screw and TPS. Good luck I hope this helps a little.

thanx ill try that!

It says do not exceed 1.0 volts but really it should read 0.96V. Once you hit 0.96V the ECU thinks the engine is now under load, so you really want the TPS showing 0.9-0.95 at idle.
I personally would not fudge with the TPS...try and get the idle set with the throttle blade set screw. Use the TPS adjustment as a last resort.
