You will need a Digital voltmeter and a philips screwdriver. Turn the ignition on, but don't start the car. Probe the green wire coming out of the TPS. Slightly loosen the two TPS screws and gently turn them to get the right voltage reading. I believe it should be between 0.95v and 1.00v. You don't have to turn it very much. When you tighten the screws back, double check the voltage to make sure it is still correct.
Also, the voltage should be around 4.7 volts at WOT.
