Default TPS maxed out?

When I was setting up my car I noticed that the TPS only goes as high as 4.64vdc at WOT. Is this ok or should I get a new sensor. It is reading .97vdc when closed.

Lightbulb TPS stats

Maximum TPS voltage is just under .5 - around 4.8 or 4.9 so you're O.K.
