Default Track times..first time out with the N20..

Well I didn't get my 10 sec pass but I had a hard time getting off the line, most guys were over .5 sec off.

I was able to get a 11.50 @ 124.9mph out of it on a 1.78 60ft! So if I can get it off the line she's a deep 10 sec car with out a problem. I was going a little lean up top with the 150 shot so with some tuning I think it will see a few more mph, plus even though it was hot I only had an average of 900-950lbs of bottle pressure.

It was a good day and it all came back in one piece!

Congrats. Those are great times and a good indicator of even greater times to come.

You know...I would kill for a 1.78 short time. Most of mine end up in the 2.0 range. That's what I get for an AOD, 2800 converter and a 3000 rpm power band. I just don't have the $$$ or the time to send the converter out to raise the stall speed.

ha, i cant get better than a 2.30 60 ft time. but then again i dont have slicks. when i invest in them, well see what i can get out of this turd. i would have thought you would have run a little better than that on a 150hp shot. but i guess with some tuning youll see. good luck

1,78 isn't real bad but I usually 60 in the 1.600 range consistantly. I just could not get off the line. I went a 11.64 @ 123.2 mph on a 2.08 60ft!

You didn't quite get the times you wanted, but hey. At least there's a possibility for a next time.

Let us know when you break the 10s.

The MPH indicates it was making great power and it was breaking down a bit up top with the 150, so it the 90+degree heat I was very happy with a 10mph increase, I actually went 123 on the 125shot so I do need to do some tuning. I know it will take a little more N20 on my motor then a stock motor to get me where I want just due to the air and fuel capacity I have.

In the finals of my class which I made it too when I left the line my car was at 200 degrees, I went through the traps at 224 so I need to get it to run a little cooler, maybe a nice electric water pump is in my future.
