Tranny help

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't a borg-warner 4-speed tranny a T4? Because my T5 is the same gear box, but has overdrive, where as my other, doesn't. The input shafts are interchangable, but the output shaft on the (T4) is a little smaller then my T5. Ask me anything else, and I will try to add more detail.
