Post Trans-go stage 3 firmness setting for aod?

Is anyone using the stage 3 (stiffest spring) in their aod? Is it too much for a daily driven stock '92LX 5.0?

I am debating whether or not to use the stage 3 or the stage 2 spring.

What do you guys think?
I don't want the ride to be annoying at part throttle.
Thanks
Luke

I say go for it. The harder the shift, the better in my opinion.
