trans problem? please help!!

I'm ready to drive my car off a bridge. When I'm at the track and do a hard launch I can't grab second to save my life. It's like hitting a wall it comes out of first fine but won't go in second untill the car settles down from the hard launch. 3rd and 4th are fine and the car shifts fine when I'm on the street or there is no traction. It never used to do this untill I cracked my K-member from hard launches. I fixed the K-member thinking that it was binding the trans on launch but it didn't work. I have asp solid motor mounts, solid trans mount, tremec trans, and a pro 50 shifter. I also just installed a front motor plate too to make sure that nothing is twisting but haven't got it to the track yet to see if it helped.
