Question Crossmember bracket broke

I recently bought my first mustang. It's and 86 lx originally had 4cyl motor now has 302. I was gonna remove single hump crossmember and install a double hump when i noticed the drivers side crossmember bracket is busted loose from the frame. One side of it is still connected to frame but the other side is tore loose. What should i do?

You could simply weld it back on. Its not that critical to be accurate. Spot weld it while crossmember is attached (for alignment), then finish welding up the job after removing crossmember...
