![]() I installed a off road pipe on my 97 a while ago. The check engine light came on and i got mil plug-ins coming to fix that. The O2 sensors are in and everything, but the car seems to run a little warmer now that the check engine light just finally came on. Any knowledge about this?

![]() I think my friend had the same problem on his 98GT. I've heard on those 96-98GT's the mil eliminators don't always work. The only other way is to get a chip for it. But make sure you run a obd 2 scanner on it to make sure that is your problem. You don't want your computer to be sending you other codes.
