Post Tremec Grinding? Help!?! Synchros?

Going into 3rd, the tranny grinds for a brief second. It only happens when I am really on it...during 3/4 acc it doenst happen. Could the synchros be going bad? What else could it be, I dont want to take out the the tranny if I dont have to.

Thanks again.

Sounds like synchros. My T-5 used to grind going into 2nd all the time. If you replace it right away, you may not have to buy another gear (just the synchro ring). I let mine go a little too long and ended up buying more tranny parts.
