Default trick flow heads question for a 93 5.0

Hi everyone.
I'm thinking of putting new heads on my 93 5.0 (blew the head gasket on the stock E7 heads).
I looked at the Trick Flow Twisted Wedge - Small Block Ford Aluminum, Non O-Ringed With Standard Spring - #TFS-51400002.
I'm looking for some improved performance over stock, but nothing crazy (no racing application). Vendor says its a straight up replacement to stock heads. Aside from new gaskets, what else is recommended to change (i.e. new rods, rockers etc)? (gotta a small budget LT $2K).
Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks.

Pushrods, rocker arms and some new lifters. Also a better intake, bigger injectors and a bigger mass air.

i would put a cam in befor wasting the money on lifters.the oe rollers last forever.pushrods will prolly be a diff size any ways.make sure u install the head gaskets with the big coolant hole in the back or it will run hott
