well i think its a fair price for what you get - they advertise what ...350 hp and 370 torque. going from 225/300 is a big increase for just 2k. plus you get everything you need to install it - i'd say go for it

Re: Trick Flow Kit, Is It Worth The $???
it's a decent kit, but you can do better for about the same amount of money. Their intakes work decent, but an Edelbrock RPM II or Holley Systemax could be a better choice. And although the TFS cams are also decent, you could do much better with a custom grind or one of AFM's cams.
BUT if you're looking for a no-brainer kit that will make almost 300rwhp on a well tuned setup, then by all means go for the TFS setup.

These are the numbers for the bogus auctions that Chriswhtmr (AKA Chris2734 on e-bay) had and did NOT deliver the goods. All to a total of close to $12,000. Copy and paste these numbers into the search engine on e-bay and you will see. None of us got what was auctioned.

UN-COOOOOL! chriswhtmr: I don't know you from your average Hum, but this is your chance to defend yourself. And if you're honest, or you feel you have an honest bitch, then you're gonna/better do so! I don't want to get into the middle of such things, but WOW, I'm not gonna let 12K slide by and pretend I didn't see it!!!!! There are always 2 sides to every story, we've heard ONE. Re: Trick Flow Kit, Is It Worth The $???
Oh, I doubt a coward such as he will be willing to come out a defend himself in public. He doesn't want to face the fact that he wasn't smart enough to pull this off. As I stated in another forum, there are NO mustangs to work on at Club Fed, but maybe he can get a job making license plates for them.

Re: Trick Flow Kit, Is It Worth The $???
Another Ebay scammer.... Ebay has made it SOOOOO easy for people to scam on their site, and they've removed way too much security. It's all about the almighty dollar to the folks there.
Anyway, when I use Ebay, I try hard to use a credit card through Paypal, even if I have to pay more to do so or I use a US Postal Service money order. The fact of the matter is that if you get screwed, your credit card company will refund the money back off your card, and THEY will go looking for the thief. Credit card companies do not like losing money, and they have a resources to put these scammers away. Felony mail fraud doesn't look good on people's record either, heh. I bought my '96 Explorer, and a lot of other stuff off Ebay, but after my last transaction, I realized Ebay is one of the worst/most unsecure sites to make transactions on. They won't even review/investigate complaints without you paying them. INSANE. |
