![]() hey, i recently installed the holley systemax I on my 88gt with out mass air just to see if i needed to spend the $500 on it. it was running very rich and ran a 14.4@98 (3 mph faster than last year but no change in time) so i bought the conversion with a 76mm sensor but havent gone to the track yet. im wondering what i should set my fuel pressure at with 24# injectors and a 190lph pump. the cars running 100x's better now, anyone have a guesstimate on my new time?? full exhaust, pulleys, 4.10s, fuel pressure regulator, 275-60-15's, pro 5.0 shifter, cold air induction.
thanks, ~matt p.s. i dont know how to make that list of mods at the end like everyone has. Last edited by Skywalkr57; 05-13-2002 at 11:15 AM.. |

![]() You can go to the members button on this site and type in your user name and password, then it will bring you to your account, where you will be able to edit and some other choices, just choose edit and then you can add stuff to your signature. As for the fuel pressure I am assuming you have an ajustable one, do you have a guage for it? how are you able to tell what you are running currently? You really need to test it at the track to see what runs best, also check your plugs to make sure the best run combo isn't running a little lean or rich. Good luck!

![]() thanks for that site info. my list of mods is up now, you can see that i do have a fuel pressure gauge and i just saw that stock is 39 psi. i just read on this site that no matter what you set the pressure at, the computer is just going to adjust it back anyway so i dont know what to do about that. i have it at about 30 now, doyou think thats a bad idea to lower it like that or should i be raising it. i guess it all depends on how my cars running huh.
