Turbocharging your 351 is not a bad idea but their are some things you have to consider. First of all i happen to know the owner of a very reputable turbo shop called Northeast Turbo in McAdoo PA. So from hangin around with him I learned a few things. I may not be 100% correct but i will try to give you the best advice possible.
The turbo that you have is way to small for the cubic inch motor you plan on installing it on. The cfm of that small turbo is not enough to efficiently run a motor over about 275 cubic inches or so. The minimum turbo that i would plan to put on a motor of your size would be T-04 hybrid which is slightly larger than a Buick Grand National turbo. Even this turbo is considered to be very small and would only give you a gain of 25-75 hp depending on the level of boost.
