302 to 351

I have a 86 GT with a 302. I also have access to a 351 windsor. What are the differences between the 5.0 and the 5.7? Will all the fuel injection intake and stuff fit and work on the 5.7? How about the exhaust, clutch, bell housing, mtr mounts and so on?

Because the 351W has an inch taller deck height than the 302, the intake and the distributor cannot be interchanged.
