valve seals
 

From what I understand, valve seals are pressed in. How hard is it to get them out? Can anyone who has had experience in this give me some tips or help me in anyway. Thank you, Jeff K.

valve GUIDES are pressed in, not the valve SEALS. you can do them in the car or out of the car. in the car requires some special tools and you need compressed air! the other way is to pull the heads. also if you pull the heads, you can get your valve guides checked and the valve seats too. what way would i go? i would pull the heads. how many miles on your motor? it all depends on what you want to do with your car.
