Valve spring recommendation?

Ported E7's, stock valves, pushrods, rockers for now. Installing Trick Flow stage one cam. What valve springs would you recommend?

crane 44 308-1 .......it's a complete kit from crane ,i believe it's supposed to be good till like 520 lift at 6500 rpms and it's made to work with the stock heads and valves ..........call cranes teck line and tell them your cam specs just to make sure it'll work with your cam ......i 'm putting them in my car to go with my 1.7 rr ,kit costs like 130$.....i'm not done putting them in (got rained out ) but when i get it running i'll tell ya how they worked
