Question double valve spring?? roller rockers????

thinkin about it???? advantages or disadvantages to double springs....

and

is it 1.6 or 1.7 for stock rockers?? thinking of putting roller rockers in but I don't want to have piston/valve clearance problems.. or what size could I safely go???
