Post Vibration

I need help with a vibration in my shifter. From about 3000 rpm to 5500 i have a real bad vibration in my shifter. I have replaced the harmonic balancer, drive shaft and just sent my transmission to tremec and they say everything is fine. Checked the transmission brace to make sure it is not touching the transmission and replaced the motor mounts and trans mount. Help please i have run out of options. It is strictly rpm related not speed. As long as it is under 3000 it runs smooth even at 80mph. please help

yes i have an fms drive shaft. It is a new flywheel and clutch. Could they still be out of balance? if so how do i correct this problem. buy new ones or can you balance the whole thing. I have never had this happen before and i have put together several mustangs. Is there a way to tell without taking the tranny out.(tranny removal stinks)

You probably wont like what I have to say but here it is. Put the trans in first clutck in bring up to 3000 if vib is still their you have eliminated trans and drive shaft as they are not turning. Remove Drive belts to eliminate fan water pum and accessories, if still there you need to remove trans. Remove clutch bolt bellhousing back on install starter start if vib gone it Clutch (which I would expect it to be. If not it flywheel or internal engine balance problem. Good Luck
