Vibration at high rpms

Cant seem to pin pont this one,88 5.0l 5 speed,It vibrates like the engine is out of ballance at 3,500 rpm and up ,it will shake the shifter, you can fell it through the whole car too., doesnt matter if your driving ,clutch in or out, neutral or in gear,or just holding it steady.I dont think the ballancer moved any,It was painted and no sign of broken paint, and the timing is still acurate,I already took the flywheel out and had it surfaced as well,I also bought new engine mounts,My next two guesses are bent crank or the pressure plate is bent,Any ideas would be much appericated thank you.
