Talking Vibration gone!!!

Well, after many moons trying to figure out this damn vibration in the Stang, I finally narrowed it down to the driveshaft!! Lots of thanks to everyone who helped troubleshoot it! It turns out that the people I had put the 3rd T-5 in didn't feel it necessary to tighten the bolts on the driveshaft. I could loosen them by hand and it was so loose you could wiggle it. Even though that was probably why it vibrated, I put in the Aluminum one anyways!(of course!) But I can bring it to redline once again without it feeling like it's going to vibrate apart on me! Just thought I'd share a good thing!

Thumbs up

Here are some pictures:

Me and the new driveshaft!

The old and the new!

In the car!
It took maybe 20 mins to do it all, so it was probably one of the the easiest mods i have ever done on this car!

My car started to vibrate pretty damn bad at 9,000 miles on my 94. Went to Steeda and got the FRPP aluminum and haven't had a problem since. Its a very good mod.

Dude, that first pic. I have never seen anybody roll a driveshaft that big. Good job!

Hey, you live not to far from me. Do you go to Moroso? Im going to be there on Friday if it don't rain.

LOL

Unfortunately, I don't go to Moroso like I used to. I am a bartender and work from tue thru sat so I never get to go to the good things! The only thing I get to go to lately is the Ford event in October on Sunday! Will you be running your car?
