Wandering idle?

Oh wise and knowlegeable ones. I just put a 6# powerdyne supercharger on my car and now it idles like a blown alcohol engine. It did it at first when I first started it but it went away after about 15 minutes. Now, one day later, it does it all the time. Is the CPU trying to adjust or is the air messing with the MAF? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
