Default want to switch 4 lug to 5 lug on 93 lx

On a 93 lx is it possible to just switch the parts from a later (94-95) mustang to get it done? Do the mustang and thunderbird share components? I'm looking for a donor car, but I'm not sure what to look for. I'd like to get rear disks in the swap if I can.
Thanks
