Exclamation wanting to build 351 stroker

I want to build a stroker in a 351 sportsman block to go in my
88 mustang gt. It is using mass air, i'm assuming a 89 ecm.
Question is will the sequential fuel injection engine controls work on the 351 based block or will i have to modify everything to keep
the current electronic system.

The fuel injection will work fine with the 351. You know you will have to get a different intake right?
