Default Weld wheels

Got a question guys, buying new fatties and skinnies soon. I cant decide if I want drag lites or rod lites, they are going on a 85 gt, mineral gray. For tires they will have 26x10 et streets on them, I know rod lites are either 8s or 10s, so Id have to do 8s with them, but I can get 9s on the drag lites, but anyhow, enough rambling, what do you think would look good on there? Drags or Rods?

I voted Drag lites but i really like Convo-pro's if you are willing to add another to the mix of decisions

I have draglites, only thing is they are so common, i like prostars but require 5 lug i think?
draglites really look good though, even if they are common.

I currently run the draglites but like mentioned above they are very common now. I have seen the rodlites on a 93 coupe and they looked pretty mean to me. When we buy the 5 lug welds for my wifes 95, I think we may go with the rodlites to be different, either way they both are lightweight and get the job done, good luck with your decision.

Convo's are outta the budget, since Ive got several dollars in wheels to buy, new et streets, a set of gears, and need syncros in for next season, gotta stick fairly cheap. Yeah, prostars are awesome but 5 lug like you said. Thinking I might go rodlites, they are 4 lugs, saw them on a red 86 gt in user rides, had a saleen wing, looked very good I thought!

Personally Pro stars, but def. draglites over rod lites.
I saw a set of rodlites on a 5.0 coupe thisevening, didn't like it. No flames to those who do but this is a personal opinions poll.

later

P.S I've got an 85 too and looking to go 5 lug and Prostars.
