nitrous install question
Hey guys, my buddy just bought a zex kit and I am helping him hook it up right now. The manual says hook up one of the hoses from the nmu to an unused vaccum fitting on the intake plenum and the other hooks up the the vaccum fitting on the fuel pressure regulator. I noticed there is a red vaccum line running from the vaccum fitting on the fpr to a vaccum fitting on the plenum . I dont see any other vaccum fittings on the fpr and only 2 on the plenum, a red and a black. My question is, can we just unhook the red line from the intake to the fpr, it seems they will be somehow connected in the kit's nmu, since both hoses run into it. Thanks for any help guys - John
