Xpipe vs Hpipe with longtubes?
I have mac 1 5/8 longtubes with the matching offroad hpipe on my car right now. It won't pass inspection so I am thinking about buying an xpipe with cats to replace the hpipe. Does anyone make a xpipe to fit my headers? How much hp will I gain/lose by going from an offroad hpipe to a xpipe with cats? Also how much quieter will it get(I WANT IT LOUD but I need that inspection sticker)?

Go on Bassani's Website and check it out. In my opinion X-pipe's sound awesome even with converters. I love mine!

I don't know how to make this a link but there is the address. The part # is 5093R-3 and it lists for $489.99. I am positive you will like it. It gives the exhaust a distinctive raspiness that gives me the chills every time I drive mine. Hope this helps. I doubt you would notice any power loss. It will be a little quieter but I think it will sound better. Just my .02 ------------------ 1993 Conv.
