Yes you will have to tap and drill a hole in thw #5 runner for the ACT sensor. Some people also tap a hole by the #4 runner for the coolant line but I just blocked them off.
"Only 10HP" You could gain more with ported or aftermarket heads but not with the untouched E7's.
I added ported and polished E7's and the intake at the same time and I could tell a huge difference.
The hole you have to put in the #5 runner is a 3/8 inch pipe thread.
