how much pressure in those ET streets? 121mph is good for mid 11's easily. I'd suggest getting a set of full slicks, and running them at about 13-15psi to start with.

What is your burnout procedure?

The way I do mine is to pull around the water box, and back into it. Then get the tires right in the center of the water, do a VERY short spin in 1st gear just to wet the tires, then pull forward just outside the water, and do a 2nd gear burnout until theres a slight haze coming off of the tires. Big smoky burnouts on slicks are a waste of time/money.

I've got quite a bit less power than you, and less gear too (3.73's) at cant cut low 1.6 60fts with cut stock springs (70/30:50/50's) and no sway bar.

You may have a tad too much gear on the 26" tall tires, but its only hurting your launch because you are spinning the tires. Get a set of 28" tall slicks and go at it.
