Post TFI Module & TPS

I wanted to get two things cleared up...I am trying to narrow down a few things. On a 95 GT, is the TPS adjustable? I have heard it both ways - the computer takes an initial reading so there is no sense trying to get it to .98v like the earlier years...so how would you tell if it is going bad?
As for the TFI Module, can it gradually wear out, or is it one of those "works or doesn't? Thanks in advance, and again, they are both on a 95 GT...
